Living in a city can be good and bad.For example , its good to live in a city since you can have multiple stores close to you, or in a city, you can use the subway/metro.But living in a city is also bad, for example , the pollution in a city is very bad, since there are a lot of cars that create pollution.An other factor could be that it’s not quiet in the city, as it is in a village.
My idea to stop noise during evenings or nights is making quiet areas, where you cannot make noise.
And introducing fines to make people stop making pollution , for example if you throw a bottle on the street, and not in a bin, you could get fined.
And another idea could be making the streets safer, by installing multiple surveillance cameras, around the city.
