Planting Trees on Earth Day
Each year on April 22nd, people **celebrate** Earth Day. The purpose of Earth Day is to be aware of our **environment** and to **keep** it clean. People gather to help **clean** up, **plant** trees, and **promote** recycling. Trees are **gathered** from local parks, **learned** about recycling, or **returned** to the earth not **just** as a **beautiful** addition, but they **purify** air for us to **breathe**, not only because they **look** **appealing** but also **attract** animals like **birds** and they provide shelter for **wildlife** and **insects**. If **everyone** **planted** even **one** tree every **April**, it would **improve** so much **fresh** air for us all.
