Yesterday I received a new TV set that I ordered. However, I was very angry as it arrived in terrible condition. Firstly, the delivery man was rude and refused to wait while I was unpacking the TV. When I unpacked it, I saw it was damaged. The control knob was broken and there was a large crack on the top of the TV. I have never received anything in such a bad condition before. Could you arrange or collect this set and deliver a new one as soon as possible? I trust that this matter will receive prompt attention.
