First phrase is telling us that our work is our identity, by the way we work, somebody can define how we are as people.
The second phrase is telling us that we need to have knowledge is the key of the succes, if we have knowledge we have succes in everything.
in my opinion i do agree with both because they are right and only with hard work and with dedication and knowledge we can realise something in life
