Me: - I just couldn't help but notice you are putting up your house for sale?
Mrs. P: - Oh Yes , we are moving out of town and we wanted to sell our house.
Me: - I actaully know someone who might want to buy it.
Mr. and Mrs. P: - Really? And who is that?
Me: - My sister , she wants to move in here but got no luck so far , I'm sure she'd love this one.
