Va scriu aceasta plangere pentru a-mi spune parerea despre serviciile dumneavoastra de la hotelul "Imperium",la care am fost oaspete weekend-ul trecut.Fac asta pentru ca nu am avut de ales.Nu mi-a placut deloc faptul ca personalul nu s-a comportat decent.In plus,a trebuit sa astept foarte mult pentru niste servicii.Va recomand sa schimbati personalul,sau sa le impuneti sa fie mai primitori.Sunt sigura ca sugestia mea este una buna.

I will write you this complaint to tell me your opinion about your services at the hotel "Imperium", to which I was a guest last weekend. I'm doing this because I had no choice. I hated the fact that the staff didn't behave decently. Besides, I had to wait a long time for some services. I recommend you change the staff, or force them to be more welcoming.
