I agree with number 1.Students can be distracted by their phones and on the day of the test, they would say " I didn't know about that".

I disagree with number 3. There shouldn't be 6 students in a classroom, because that would be a waste of some space.

I agree with number 4. Students should wear as they want so they can feel comfortable.
