The ideal personality differs from person to person, since everyone has a different concept in mind regarding the personality.
For me, the ideal personality one should have is simple and based on the quote "You respect me, I respect you." It doesn't matter what kind of person you are as long as you don't negatively influence me and you respect me. But, if I was to choose the ideal traits of a personality, I'd want the personality of the person to be creative, to be happy and to look up to the unexpected. I want this person's personality to really match with mine and although it's highly unlikely for that to happen, it's not impossible. I want to meet people whose personalities are constantly developing and adapting and not stuck to something in general.
