The great public speakers are totally made. To be one of the greatest speakers you need confidence. I will give an example. A person who thinks low of themselves, they have a low self-esteem by telling theirselfs that they can't do it, but if they think positively with the single thought that if they believe in theirselfs, they can do everything, they will lose that emotions of 'not being able to do it'. They need people around them to encourage them and support them, instead of criticising them. They also need an appealing personality, which attracts others listening to them, to pay attention. If you are young and really attracted to people's attention, and you want them to hear you out, you can work on a pleasing personality. That's why I think the great public speakers are made, not born.
