I am working as a teacher for about 20 years now and I have learned a lot of important lessons from this job. They are a lot of pros and cons that come with this job, and I am gonna tell you now about them. A big pro you get working as a teacher is the thought that you can help the children you teach to become the best version of themselves and maybe one day they will remember about you and come to say thank you. But of course, with that comes a con, the fact that there is a lot of pressure to teach those kids everything you know so you must not make mistakes, you must always do what's right for them, but do not be severe. Other pros of being a teacher would be the respect you get from the students and the fact that all those kids from that classroom can become your friends and as the years pass, you will get attached to those kids, seeing them grow and evolve. But, there are cons of that. You cannot please everyone so there will be children who will not be ok with your lessons, or will raise their voice at you, be impertinent and the list goes on. When things like that happend you must stay calm and talk mature with the student because after all you are the adult there. Well, after all I've said, I still think that being a teacher is one of the most fun and even emotional jobs a person can have.
