1. We don't find an exact word for feedback in Romanian or Russian because it's a relatively new concept in our culture and there is no exact equivalent in Romanian or Russian.
2. Feedback is a point of view of communication to a person (or a group) which gives them information about how she/he/they affect others.
3. Feedback gets useful because it increases our ability to modify and change our behaviour and become more effective in our interaction with others.
4. It's not easy to do it because it requires skill,understanding and respect for yourself and others.
5. The purpose of giving feedback is to help the person grow and improve.
6. Feedback can be communicated through gestures,eye contact,body language, and distance between people.
