1. Yes, I do. I have learned from a PSA that I can use the Heimlich maneuver to help him if he is choking, otherwise, I would get him on his side and clear the room so he has room to breath. If he is not breathing, I will do CPR.
2. I don't really have an opinion about hospitals. I have been to hospitals multiple times in my life, medical check-ups, certificates and other stuff like that. I think that it's clean and the staff (nurses / doctors) are friendly.
3. Mostly public hospitals are pretty bad, I'm not referring to the skill of the staff, the pay-grade and the equipment is a major determining factor. Private hospitals are much, much better.
4. I don't know for sure, but as far as I know, hospitals and public spaces have adapted to suit wheelchair users as well, as such there aren't many or any problems at all.
5. Yes, I live in the European Union where it is mandatory. Well, mostly. For example blocks and living spaces usually aren't wheelchair-user-friendly, but hospitals, mayor's office, etc... are made accessible for wheelchair users.
