After it's rise, Babilon starts falling, and with Fenicia, Palestina and Egypt it's won by Assyrians.
At the end of the ninth century before Jesus, the history mentions Semiramida's regency, who built the floating gardens.
King Nabucodonosor the first, managed to free Babilon from the Assyrian ocupation. Yet later, Babilon is won by king Darius the first.
