They want to buy this little and poor puppy because he seems sad and seems like he would need someone to love him. The little puppy was staring at them through the glass. He was like kept captive until someone would decide to buy his freedom. So, they decided to buy him, because, in their opinion, everybody need freedom. They paid the amount of money the assistant proposed, and from that time, the puppy was named Teddy and from then, he was the happiest puppy ever.
